Alistair Godbold

Alistair Godbold

Alistair is a consultant with the Nichols Group. He has over 20 years of project and programme management experience in a variety of areas; from building and relocation projects through safety critical applications to IT enabled business transformation using discrete technology and ERP solutions.

Alistair has driven and supported others in driving improvements in project performance in terms of governance, process and people. He has written and presented on ethics and professionalism and led the work on the update to the APM code of professional conduct.

He has a BSc (Hons) and an MBA in project management; he is a chartered engineer, a fellow of APM, a fellow of the IET, and a fellow of the RSA. Alistair is also on the board of the Major Projects Association and chairs their programme committee.
