Geoff Lowe

Geoff has spent his career in programme, project and construction management delivering significant and challenging capital projects, business change programmes and developing project professionals and good practice.
 
Now the managing director of his own consultancy company he specialises in project professional coaching, programme governance arrangements and project reviews for a portfolio of clients in several sectors.

After graduating from Imperial College, he worked for Fairclough Civil Engineering Ltd. and subsequently moved to British Nuclear Group for 25 years.  Starting as a construction manager with responsibility for several significant construction projects, he moved to a successful career as a project and programme manager for a number of high risk, complex, highly regulated projects on nuclear sites.  He was appointed the first head of project management, accountable for improving process and developing project professionals.
 
Geoff is a certificated project manager, Fellow of APM, Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, chartered engineer and has published a number of articles and papers.  He also has involvement with skills councils, BSI and ISO.
