Jonathan Simcock

Jonathan SimcockJonathan has spent more than 25 years working for Shell.  An Engineer by training he has worked in the UK, Australia and the Netherlands.  He held a number of production and commercial roles and has developed business and undertaken M&A transactions in five continents.  Managing projects – maintenance, construction, IT, business change and M&A has been the one constant in his career.

In 2007 he left Shell temporarily to take on the role of Executive Director of Major Projects for the Office of Government Commerce – an independent office of HM Treasury.  Here he worked to influence the outcome of all the largest most complex projects being undertaken by the UK Government.

Jonathan returned to Shell in 2009 where he is now the Vice President for Catalyst Manufacturing.
