5+ years Full member Practitioner Qualification Skills audit, identify strengths and weaknesses, being coached/mentored by a more experienced project manager, coaching mentoring an inexperienced project manager, committee work, voluntary work, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, distance learning, work based development/research, branch or SIG meetings/involvement, private study, training, delivering training, writing articles.
10+ years Fellow Certificated Project Manager Skills audit, identify strengths and weaknesses, coach/mentor a less experienced project manager, acting as an APM assessor, examiner or marker, committee work, branch and SIG meetings/involvement, writing papers/articles, on the job experience, conferences, seminars, exhibitions.
