Moorhouse Consulting is a young and rapidly growing specialist programme and project management (PPM) advisory services firm. Set up just four years ago, its strict recruitment criteria and focus on strong company culture has quickly earned it an enviable reputation in the market place.

Moorhouse consultants are all experienced ex ‘big firm’ consultants as well as qualified project and programme management specialists in terms of delivery experience, accreditation and qualification. Furthermore, consultants all have a minimum of four years’ PPM consulting experience.

The company specialises on building lean, long-term relationships with its clients and always aims to ‘under-stay’ its welcome on individual assignments.

Past assignments include the NHS IT implementation programme and the Transport for London £12 billion investment programme. Notable clients include NHS, BT, Department for Transport, Highways Agency, Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, National College for School Leaders, Lifelong Learning UK, Severn Trent and Transport for London.
