How APM is run
The Association for Project Management is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee. It is governed by a board of trustees elected by and from the APM membership with the option to add up to three non-members.
The board meets regularly to formulate APM strategy policy, in line with our memorandum and articles of association and regulations.
