Why are female project managers under-represented? - Dissertation
I am conducting a survey for my BA Hons dissertation in Project Management at the University of Wolverhampton.
My research topic is: Gender Issues in the Construction Industry, and the problem researched is: Why are female project managers under-represented? Equally, the same observation is made in the engineering and automation industries.
Your response will be greatly appreciated and I would be grateful if you could respond within the next ten days.
The survey should take less than ten minutes to complete and the information you provide will help to increase and support both primary and secondary data currently in existence.
Your identity shall remain anonymous and answers will be used for compiling data towards my dissertation.
Please feel free to forward this email to peer groups, business managers, project managers and engineers within and outside this forum.

Should you have any queries, do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you for your participation!
Kind regards
Carlos Mahoney
