I have some observations on the 'What is project management'. I thought that programmes delivered benefits. not projects. I would not be happy with an objective of an 'informative website' as informative is too subjective. But then I also have a problem with searchable as a quality measure. I would see 'quality' as a part of the definition of the deliverables and may seek to replace the work Quality in the triangle with Deliverables. I can see a search capability as a deliverable.
