There has been lengthy debate over the years as to whether the Project Management Triangle should be TCQ or TCP where Q and P are for Quality and Performance. Martin Barnes, the inventor of the triangle wrote, I thought, the last word on this in a recent Project magazine where he came out firmly in favour of Performance. I fully support him on this.
Please could we correct the APM issued description on the triangle in accord with the thinking of our President and of at least one Honorary Fellow.
