Projects deliver outcomes, which enable business benefits – but how do we really know whether a project’s intended benefits have been achieved?

In this interactive seminar, Peter Hawkins will explore benefits realisation techniques, with an emphasis on how benefits mapping is a valuable tool for a range of project and portfolio activities. Subjects covered will include

• Benefits mapping

Peter Hawkins is has been involved in change management for 17 years. His experience ranges from running significant projects and programmes to rolling out change management standards. He was responsible for the implementation of benefits realisation at Lloyds TSB in 2002, and continues to provide briefings and training on the subject.
