Basic contract law for project managers

On Wednesday 14th September 2011, the APM Contracts and Procurement Specific Interest Group held an event entitled "Basic contract law for project managers" in Newcastle.

Over 60 project professionals attended and heard a number of high quality presentations by legal professionals from Veale Wasbrough Vizards, a law firm based in London and Bristol.

The presentations covered many areas of interest to project managers including intellectual property rights, European procurement regulations, standard forms of contract and protecting your position pre contract. The slides from the presentations can be downloaded below.
