On the 21st of June the APM Women in Project Management SIG (WiPM) presented a unique opportunity to access a programme that is specially designed for women project managers.

Two in depth presentations were made by Suzanne Doyle-Morris and Chrissie Tiller.

Suzanne's presentation was based on her book, Beyond the Boys Club and showed how to develop your career strategy, break though the glass ceiling for women and completely raise your game.

Chrissie's (left) session was a very practical introduction to the choices we can make to increase our gravitas and personal effectiveness. It looked at ways in which both our voice and body language can impact on others and how we can develop skills that will ensure we are taken seriously and have influence in a professional context.
