The Lens Collective

Delegates joined Rob and Jane at the Holiday Inn, Coventry for the first of many presentations on the Lens Collective.  The event proved very interactive with both role play and workshop and, some very challenging questions which ensured that both Rob and Jane were in good form.

The Lens Collective is a new booklet produced by the People SIG as a guide to seeing difference perspective in project management and throughout this session, delegates were able to identify by using their own copy of the booklet, the benefit of having such a useful weapon in their armoury.  Several delegates felt that this was aimed at those less experienced project professionals and a much needed asset for those to reflect upon their capabilities, increase their awareness of others and successfully apply new perspectives to their projects.

The Lens Collective presentation encouraged comment and was well received by all those in attendance.
