Women in Project Management SIG Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The AGM of the Women in Project Management SIG will be held on Thursday 16th June 2011 following the contract strategy seminar.

The Agenda will be:

• Welcome/apologies
• Previous AGM minutes
• Chairman’s report
• Treasurer’s report
• Election of committee

Any person wishing to add an item to the above agenda, or wishing to nominate a person (including themselves) for the committee should submit details in writing by email not less than seven (7) days before the AGM (See attached proforma below). Please note the eligibility requirements below for membership of committees. If you are in doubt or have any questions please email branch@apm.org.uk

Role	Eligibility
Chairman	Full or Fellow member with at least 1 years full APM membership and membership of Branch or SIG committee
Secretary	Full or Fellow member with at least 1 years APM membership and membership of Branch or SIG committee
Treasurer	Full or Fellow member with at least 1 years APM membership and membership of Branch or SIG committee
Committee	Full, Fellow or Associate member only
