Gerry Coghlan

Gerry is the Treasurer of the APM Northern Ireland Branch and has been on the NI Branch Committee since 2002. He is a senior associate with Scott Wilson (formally Ferguson McIlveen) in their Belfast office. He is a senior project manager and quantity surveyor with extensive experience in the building and infrastructure sectors. He has worked in many parts of the world and spent 10 years with the London Docklands Development Corporation, procuring and cost managing primary infrastructure for the development of London’s Docklands.

He joined Scott Wilson in 1995 to manage the Project Management and Quantity Surveying Section of the Belfast office. The Project Management and Quantity Surveying Team provides PM and QS services both in house to the Architectural, Engineering and Landscape Architects sections and to external clients. Gerry has gained a particular expertise in managing projects in the Education Sector in Northern Ireland over the past 10 years.
