Mike Ward

Mike is a Programme Manager with knowledge and experience of a wide variety of best practice methods for the management of projects and programmes. His experience as a CMMi assessor, Six Sigma practitioner, Risk Management consultant and Business Change Portfolio Office Manager has been used to assist clients undergo business change. He has considerable experience in managing enterprise scale international collaborative programmes both in Europe and the USA.

Mike has written two books, published by TSO, on maturity modelling and risk management which contain many examples of industry best practice. Mike is a keen horse rider; much of his spare time is taken up with field management (drainage, fencing, etc. covering approx. 12 acres), and looking after 3 horses.
