Committee

The Branch Committee is made up of members of APM interested in promoting our core values. Within the UK framework, we can provide opportunities for using your particular skills and interests both locally and nationally.

Membership of the committee is possible by:

  • Formal route of proposal and election at AGM.
  • Less formal route of discussion with other committee members, attendance at a committee meeting without obligation, followed by co-option if interested.
  • Involvement in specific events or themes - as an Associate

The Branch is always interested in potential committee members who feel they can contribute, and you can contact any member to discuss your own interest.

If you would like to offer yourself for election at the AGM, please contact the Branch Administrator, Linda O’Neil, and let her know your name and contact details. Linda can be reached by phone on 0845 331 2287 or by e-mail at office@apm-northwest.org.uk. If you’d like to attend a committee meeting before committing yourself to standing formally, please let Linda know and she’ll give you the date and venue of the next meetings.

The Inspire sub-committee is currently looking for new members from across the region to help with their events.  If you're fairly new to project management and would like to become involved (no regular committee meeting attendance required), then please contact David Lurie at inspire@apm-northwest.org.uk.
