Formed originally as an alliance between Cranfield Institute and eight blue chip organisations, CITI is now an independent centre of excellence specialising in developing and delivering corporate capability in projects and programme management.

We specialise in taking PPM education beyond method; translating approaches from the classroom into application in the workplace. To achieve this our courses are built around case studies which allow delegates to test their new skills in a safe environment and know how they will implement the approach before they return to work. After the course delegates are encouraged to contact their tutor to discuss any barriers to application to ensure that our clients see a real return on investment.
