HATC Ltd

HATC Ltd is a consultancy specialising in the field of affordable housing strategy, delivery, research, policy and performance. HATC was established in 1994 by the current managing director Andrew Drury, and has a national client base of housing associations, developers, local and central government agencies and others.
HATC combines expertise in housing policy with coal-face scheme delivery, so as to be better at both. As well as helping deliver housing projects and programmes the practice has authored a number of publications for the Homes and Communities Agency, National Housing Federation, English Partnerships, CABE, Greater London Authority, Communities and Local Government, CIPFA, and others.
