Lucidus Consulting brings together the different but complementary experiences of Ruth Murray-Webster and Peter Simon into one consultancy practice. Lucidus provides advice, teaching, facilitation and coaching that is leading-edge, practical, trustworthy and that delivers bottom-line value. Ruth and Peter are supported by Fred Murray-Webster and Jonathon Webster who concentrate on Lucidus’ entry level products and services so we are of value to those who are starting out in project management as well as those who are advancing the art and practice of managed change.

Our training events use a mixture of accelerated and traditional learning techniques. All our APM related face-to-face courses utilise a number of accelerated learning methods including the use of music, mind-mapping and bodily-physical activities; all of which enhance not only the learning experience but the ability to recall what has been learned.

Ruth and Peter have extensive experience of working with APM. They were both instrumental in creating the Introductory Certificate and the Practitioner Qualification as well as the Single Subject Risk certificates. They are also authors of Starting Out in Project Management; the Study Guide for the Introductory Certificate.

Lucidus Consulting is also accredited to deliver the APMP for PRINCE2® Practitioner qualification.
