• Training courses, workshops and integrated learning solutions for project management practitioners, project teams and organisations. All are available in a number of flexible formats and can be delivered on-site or at external venues.
• Consultancy support services including competence and capability gap analysis, training needs analysis, defining and delivering company and enterprise wide development strategies in project and risk management, performance audits, facilitation of workshops and ‘lessons learnt’ reviews.

We specialise in tailored programmes combining qualifications and complementary workshops that support the long term needs of our clients, and enable them to develop best practices and high performing project teams. Our events are supported through our OpenPM website and learning environment with complementary materials, resources, case histories and up to date information on project management best practice.
