TEAM-IT

For the past seven years we have run the Construction Project Management courses in conjunction with the School of Construction Management & Engineering at the University of Reading.
The RIBA Certificate in Construction Project Management is a construction-industry specific course which is accredited for the APMP. The course leads to the APMP exam, and is intended to generate competence and confidence in dealing with project situations,  and developing  and managing project teams.
Our short courses are intensive, hands-on, modular, part distance-learning, organised to minimise timeout of the office.

The courses are suitable for architects and other construction industry professionals and managers who wish to consolidate their existing qualifications and experience with specific project management training, making use of multi-disciplinary teams in case studies and problem-solving exercises.  Their aim is to increase competence in a practical way and assist delegates gain increased creditability as leaders and managers.
