Peter Taylor entertained us beautifully at Leeds Met on Wednesday evening with an amusing reminder of how simple it can be the get projects right if only we would learn the “art of laziness”. With a fantastic juxtaposition of references to Monty Python, Prussian generals and classical philosophers, Peter took us on a totally common sense based journey from the start, through the middle, to the end of successful project delivery.
