Daniel Jane
Deputy Treasurer, Committee Member
Daniel Jane has been a member of the APM since 2006 and joined the Wessex Branch committee in 2008. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Regional Chairman of the South West Institution of Civil Engineers for 2008/09.
Daniel is currently working in the Rail Environment as a Civil Engineer concentrating on infrastructure maintenance and upgrade projects. With over 20 years experience in civil engineering progressing from site engineer through to Project Manager and Regional Manager. Working with Network Rail's Guide to Railway Investment Projects (GRIP) he has worked to improve the project management capabilities within the industry.
After studying an Honours Degree at college, studying for the Chartered Professional Review and studying for a MBA, Daniel has decided to take a break from studying. He now spends time windsurfing and sailing along with other forms of outdoor sports.
