Keith Flack
Wessex Branch Committee Member, Assistant CPD liaison
Keith is a senior manager in British Telecom. He currently manages a Change Management team impacting Customer Service Management Operations for Broadband and Voice technologies, responsible for the migration of customers across telecommunications networks.
Keith has a wide range of programme, project and line management experience acquired from working in Civil Engineering and Telecommunications in the UK and overseas. He has achieved a BSc in Civil Engineering, a Diploma in Management, and an MSc in Telecommunications. He has been a Member of the APM since 2001 and joined the Wessex Branch committee in 2007.
Keith is married with teenage sons and enjoys sailing as a recreation.
