Yetunde Adeshile, a board member of the APM, is a registered, chartered, and experienced project and programme management professional. Yetunde’s experience cuts across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors where she has delivered high profile projects and programmes, managing them from start to completion.

Yetunde, a leadership, talent and engagement specialist is especially gifted in project start-ups, collaborating with ambitious organisations to accelerate change, boost results and retain talent.

With experience in recruiting, developing, and growing project teams that operate and deliver effective project capabilities, Yetunde is passionate about Project Management and the professional structure presented by the APM for managing and delivering projects. She is renowned across the industry for using her project management skills, knowledge and experience to support the delivery of charitable, not-for-profit, and community projects and programmes.

As a trustee and director of not-for-profit organisations, Yetunde Adeshile also enjoys working strategically as a facilitator and executive coach in partnership with clients to create unique solutions, catalysing change, creating a buzz, and forging critical connections between leaders, employees, and customers – connections that unlock potential, create a real commitment and boost performance.

Leading a talented team of consultants, her ability to build relationships of trust, understand strategic goals and deliver great results have endeared her to numerous global leadership, learning, and communications projects, thus helping them achieve major ambitious goals.

In addition to her project management career, Yetunde is also a trained and certified Education and Career Coach. She also recently became a John Maxwell certified leadership expert.  

Yetunde who is very passionate about supporting young people in realising their full potentials whilst achieving their goals, has over the years conducted impactful training and mentoring sessions in her community and across major cities in Nigeria. Her wish is to see young, fresh minds become future leaders and take on the reigns of leadership with a view to effecting change.

Yetunde distinguishes herself as a bestselling author of four books namely; The Youth Revolution, The 10 Kingdom secrets for the young soul, The Woman on a Mission; Career, community, and Calling, with the fourth currently being written.

As a politician, Yetunde Adeshile’s unique essence is driven by advocacy for young people, women, justice, and equality.

With a penchant for knowledge and capacity building, prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, Yetunde represented the APM schools and universities where she promoted career development in Project Management.

With her timely appointment to the board of the APM, Yetunde Adeshile brings with her, years of cognate experience across many sectors, passion and dedication, tested knowledge, skills, stamina, strength, resilience, fresh perspective, valuable insights, innovation, initiative, robust wealth of industry experience, and cross-culture alliance.
