The award also rewards commitment and actions that have led to positive and meaningful development of the project profession itself. It is open to general or specialist consultancies from all sectors globally.

This award recognises the commitment of charities and not-for-profit organisations, including the civil service, to the development of the project management profession. It also rewards positive and meaningful impact achieved with the projects and/or programmes the organisation has delivered.

The contribution to the profession award: charity/not-for-profit is designed for those organisations that want to stand out in the development of project management professionals and the delivery of projects, programmes and portfolios, as well as demonstrating commitment to the improvement and development of the project profession. It is open to organisations across all sectors globally.

PMO OF THE YEAR

This award celebrates the commitment of portfolio, programme and project management offices (PMOs) to developing not only their organisation across all facets of project management but also their emerging industry through innovative and thoughtful ways of working.

The PMO of the year award is designed for those PMOs that want to stand out as a beacon of driving project success and project management maturity in the way that they enable their organisations to deliver successful and sustainable change, develop project community and challenge themselves to become trusted business partners.

The criteria for this category puts an emphasis on the PMO’s contribution to their organisation, delivery of consistent and demonstrable outcomes and development of the project management capability and community. PMOs from organisations across all sectors, and across the globe, may apply.

SHELL, HEALTH, SAFETY, SECURITY AND ENVIRONMENT (HSSE) AWARD

The Shell HSSE award is designed for an individual project practitioner, project or programme that has made an outstanding contribution to embedding a HSSE excellence culture in their organisation/project(s). Entries should show the results that can be achieved with commitment to and requirement for HSSE excellence in projects.

This is an all-inclusive award and entries are welcome from any sector and any size of project, commercial or non-commercial, across the globe. The key expectation is that true passion for HSSE excellence, which translates into continuous improvement, will be demonstrated. The award recognises the contribution that HSSE management in projects makes to the wellbeing of society as a whole.
