They focus team performance to deliver benefits to their client and other stakeholders.

Project Professional of the Year recognises the professionals and specialists that have made a significant contribution to the outputs and outcomes of their project(s), programme(s) and/or portfolio(s). 

These categories go through a two-stage judging process.

Young Project Professional of the Year

Sponsored by Defence Equipment and Support (Part of Ministry of Defence)

The Young Project Professional of the Year recognises rising talent – those in the early stages of their project management career who are making a difference to their projects, programmes and portfolios, the companies and clients they work with, and the profession more widely.

The Young Project Professional of the Year award is open to project, programme or portfolio managers and specialists aged 29 years or under at the deadline date of stage 1 submission. They can be working on any project where their involvement has been greater than six months.
