Julie is the Head of Quantitative Research at PwC Research in the UK. She is a skilled project manager and market researcher with over 25 years experience in the fields of research and consulting. She leads a team of 60 research consultants who focus on customer insight research, stakeholder engagement and market measurement studies. Julie has designed and managed many large-scale multi-faceted research programmes involving a range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Julie also has a quality assurance role within PwC Research and is responsible for advising on research design, sampling, analysis and the quality assurance of research instruments and project deliverables. As well as leading the Golden Thread study on behalf of PwC Research team, Julie has conducted numerous studies of this type previously including the Market Research Society (MRS) and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
