Julie is a specialist in change management, mobilisation and transformation with 26 years’ experience in management, initially in senior financial roles and since 2001 in facilities management operations.
Part of the global project team that transformed JCI EBITA from 0.9% to 5.6% in eighteen months. She joined OCS Group’s executive team in 2014 leading the transformation project for the UK business to deliver a sustainable business that is sector focused, delivers excellence to customers and shareholder value. OCS turnover is £380m and they employ 27,000 colleagues.
After exceeding the targeted project outcomes in 2015, Julie became MD of Support Services and Major Projects and took additional control of financial and HR shared services, customer helpdesk and national security centre.
Julie has industry experience in facilities management, construction project management, empty property protection, event catering, management consultancy and manufacturing and has worked in the private and public sector.
