Sharon has over 30 years Project Manager experience in both the private and the public sector. She has been a Project Director for an IT Software company, has taught Project Management to adults and has held senior Project Manager roles in the Health Service.  Her present position, in HR, covers Retention, Recruitment & Supply, in particular areas that would have an impact on these: Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.  Especially pertinent in any international recruitment and retention.
