In this presentation, David Marsh, Head of the Project Delivery Profession for the Ministry of Defence, will share his thoughts on the changing shape of project delivery and why the coming decade will be more challenging and exciting for project professionals. David will reflect on his experiences in running government defence infrastructure projects whilst managing lockdown and a global pandemic, and his plans to develop a diverse, creative and responsive project delivery profession.
