Think Differently - Creating an Inclusive & Diverse Team
Perhaps the most important factor for any change project is to engage every stakeholder. People should be excited by the change, keen to adopt new ways of working and ideally advocates and evangelists for the change in question. So how can we tailor our approach so that we can bring each stakeholder to their happy place in terms of embracing change?
Traditionally we look at a basket of factors when crafting our message but do we include the neurodiversity of our stakeholder groups and teams into the mix. The messaging can seem perfect but if it is tone deaf from a neurodiverse perspective then it will fail badly for certain stakeholders.
