Cracking The Code Of High-Performance Teamwork

Jurys Inn Newcastle St James Gate, Scotswood Road, Newcastle, NE1 4AD

Whilst project management methodologies and the use of technology are important factors in achieving success, it must not be forgotten that people deliver projects.

An understanding of WHO is in your team as well as HOW effectively they work together will greatly enhance your chances of success.

In this presentation, Nick Fewings, CEO of Ngagementworks will share with you his knowledge and experience of working with teams from around the globe, helping them to achieve high-performance and greater success.

He will provide hints and tips on how to measure WHO is in your team as well as sharing the Team DyNAmics Model that he created and is being used effectively by teams to help them work more effectively and efficiently.

Nick Fewings is a team performance expert, behavioural psychologist and an award-winning facilitator and conference speaker.  Nick has over 20 years’ experience of leading and working with teams, helping them transform and achieve greater success.  He is an accredited project manager and a former Change Director in Barclays, leading the people workstream of global projects.

He works in the UK, Europe, Far East, Middle East and USA. Nick has spoken at almost 500 conferences and his style has been described as “infotainment”.

When not working with teams or speaking at conferences, he regularly publishes articles to help individuals and teams.

In his leisure time, Nick loves travel, is a keen amateur photographer and supporter of Plymouth Argyle.  His claim to fame is that he was the first person born in Plymouth to complete the Edgewalk around the outside of the top of the CN Tower in Toronto.
