Essential leadership insights and techniques for project professionals
Holiday Inn Theatreland, 61 W Nile St, Glasgow G1 2RL
Success as a project manager and initiator of change and innovation requires substantial ability as a leader.
Frequently, progress must be made through people who are not direct reports and often without a great deal of formal authority. Influencing and leadership skills are, therefore, critically important. In this highly interactive and participative session, Dr David Fraser will draw on his experience and publications to date to share numerous insights on leadership and personal effectiveness in the context of project, programme, and portfolio management.
He’ll also share ideas from his forthcoming book about enterprising leaders. Prepare to feel newly resourceful with a generous helping of ground-breaking ideas about leading others intelligently in project management, all delivered in David’s infectious, energetic and creative style!
