Meet the speakers
Vicki Griffiths is a Senior Project Manager at Fugro, a multinational company specialising in marine and land site characterisation projects. Currently she is working on a number of internal change projects that will impact the entire company. Vicki is a Fellow of the APM and one of the first group to attain Chartership in the APM and is currently mentoring others to achieve this goal. For the last year she has been the Chair of the Women in Project Management (WiPM) SIG at the APM.
Jonathan Norman is responsible for the knowledge repository and the Association’s virtual community of practice. The repository collates and curates insight on the experience of major projects with resources from the Olympics, Crossrail, Thameslink Learning Legacies and from across industry. He also facilitates a wide range of virtual activities and events to complement the Association’s main seminar programme and socializes everything we do. Outside of work, Jonathan is an enthusiastic home cook and keen middle-distance runner and keeps his hand in as an ex-publisher of 30 years by providing development editorial support to business book writers of all kinds.
Sarah Coleman is a ChPP, Fellow and former Non-Executive Director of the APM. She specialises in operationalising strategy and policy focusing on people and culture as well as technology and process, and works across government, public services and private industry in the UK and abroad. Sarah is a published author and researcher, contributor to books and professional journals, conference speaker and coach.
Ian Cribbes FAPM
His first encounter with Project Management was in 1978 when he was part of a small team designing and commissioning a, then, state of the art, Systems Simulator for the brand-new Lynx helicopter which was coming into service with the British Army. Throughout his career he has had the opportunity to be involved in projects ranging from quite small to those in the multi-billion-pound range. Ian is one of the founding members of the Stakeholder Engagement Focus Group (part of the People SIG) and has recently been re-elected as the Secretary of the People SIG.
Tim Lyons is an APM Fellow, and a NLP Master Practitioner and INLPTA Master Coach. His original degree is in the philosophical aspects of Linguistics, and he holds a Masters in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Coaching for the work he did on the decision making habits of successful project managers. The interests Tim holds are in decision making systems and skills, communications in the project environment and applying NLP principles to organisations, and coaching individuals to be their best. He has worked on large and small programmes over the years in many parts of the world, and is currently working for the Crossrail Programme.
