Getting smarter for 2018 - and beyond

London Capital Club, Abchurch Lane, London, EC4N 7BW, United Kingdom

Are your project teams made up of different people with different demands and expectations?

  • Do you have feel like you have to do more with less?
  • Do you believe you could get more done if only . . .?
  • Is your budget given to you typically without your input?
  • Is your team sometimes spread out geographically?
  • Does your project ever suffer from ‘scope creep’?

If you have answered ‘Yes’ to even one of these questions, the hour you invest by attending the Getting smarter for 2018 - and beyond event will benefit you.

Expect a highly interactive practical session. You will learn how to take even more responsibility for your actions and outcomes, giving you increased energy and greater impact to succeed. You will have the opportunity to set yourself up for 2018, starting the process by using what you have learnt during the hour and then continuing the journey as you deliver your projects.
