Goldilocks Governance – Getting it just right?

What does good governance look like and how do you embed it to deliver consistently successful projects and change?  What are the key interventions that organisations have made to embed good governance?

Good governance is the critical success factor in delivering successful outcomes. But how much is enough? Too much and you can stifle innovation and personal accountability; too little and anarchy can pervade.  In other words, how can you ensure your governance is in the goldilocks zone!

The conference will focus on informative case studies and workshops from leaders in renowned organisations who have invested in, and achieved, great outcomes from improved and appropriate governance.  The case study leaders have ‘been there and done it’ and will outline their specific governance challenges and solutions.

At this third annual conference share and learn from other practitioners about how they ‘Get it right for their organisation’ and how it necessitated an integrated long-term strategy built upon intervention, participation and attention to values and behaviours.  Our session leaders will share, illustrate examples, facilitate workshops and show how the right level of governance goes hand-in-hand with improving project and change success – not too much, not too little, but just right.
