Intelligent Conflict Management - How to deal with conflict in project teams
This webinar will explore the reasons for interpersonal conflict, the psychology of conflict and how to manage conflict to achieve positive outcomes for all involved.
Why does conflict happen? What triggers it? Why are some people comfortable with conflict and others are not? These are just a few of the questions that will be addressed in this webinar.
Regardless of which area you work in, you will always come face to face with conflict. Whether that conflict is verbal, physical or written, there is no way to avoid it.
To manage conflict, it is important to first understand why it happens, understand yourself and how your personality can lead to conflict. Once you understand this, you can begin to manage yourself and develop your conflict handling skills. Then you can move on to utilise your new found skills and align teams in your projects to work towards (not against) collaborative goals.
This webinar will dive into the difficult subject of conflict, explain why personality clashes happen and provide you with a toolkit of conflict handlings skills to take away and apply into your projects.
