Hilton Reading,Drake Way, Reading, RG2 0GQ, United Kingdom

Business leaders have come to realise that relying on proven project methodologies is simply not enough and they need people who bring something extra…..something extraordinary.

Marion Thomas shares the essence of the Extraordinary Project Management model that has been used across a range of projects to help increase the effectiveness of the team and deliver successfully.

Get a taster of how to put into action simple changes that will elevate your performance and inspire those around you allowing you to stand out from the crowd.

Marion has over 30 years experience of leading and delivering complex, large-scale projects and programmes across a range of industries in both the public and private sectors. She is a sought after project manager because her clients recognise the impact her leadership style has on the effectiveness of the project team.

She works at Board level where she is valued as a trusted advisor who brings a fresh perspective and does not shy away from speaking about the ‘elephant in the room’.

Marion is also the MD of Extraordinary Project Management which runs training programmes for project people to help them develop and implement the extraordinary leadership and people skills required for success in the project world.

When Marion is not working on projects or delivering training programmes she can be found playing the bassoon in a couple of amateur orchestras.
