Leveraging Disruptive talent to deliver innovation and branch AGM

Roger Needham Building, JJ Thomson Avenue, University of Cambridge, Cambridge, CB3 0RB

Disruptive talent refers to people who, "Think and act differently, who innovate, who challenge conventional wisdom and practice. They spot trends, see commercial opportunities and tenaciously find new and better ways to deliver business success.”

Paolo Moscuzza supports organisations in identifying and working with disruptive talent to diversify into new and often innovative areas. Disruptive talent usually require highly effective project managers to support them in turning great ideas into great results. Getting the chemistry right between disruptive talent and project managers is often a challenge.

The session will be interactive, practical and will cover:

- Understanding disruptive talent in the context of innovation

- Disruptive talent vs delinquents

- Leveraging disruptive talent

- Project managers working with disruptive talent

- Could you project manage disruptive talent?
