Portfolio management – Everything you need to know

BAWA, 589 Southmead Road, Bristol, BS34 7RG

Portfolio management can help an organisation manage its programmes and projects to deliver its strategic goals, but how can it do this?

In this event, our speakers from APM’s portfolio management (PfM) Specific Interest Group (SIG), will introduce us to what PfM is, what is it not, and how it can be used to integrate programme and project management to help an organisation deliver its strategic goals.

A case study from Yorkshire Building Society will illustrate the power of using PfM.

The APM’s PfM SIG, aims to provide a collaborative open forum for practitioners, and anyone with an interest in PfM, to get together, share ideas, offer support and advice to the PMO community, and to create valuable practice-oriented knowledge, which helps drive PfM.
