South West PM Flashmob

George's Meeting House, 38 South Street, Exeter, EX1 1ED

This will be the first edition of what is hoped to be a series of networking events at which we will share our own experiences and advice on topics of interest for the P3M community.

The topic for this session is a perennial favourite - how to get things done through others. As a starting point for the conversation we can discuss the technology, education and design (TED) talk “Stop trying to motivate your employees” by Kerry Goyette. Then we’ll see where that leads us!

Who should attend? Any project professionals with an interest in sharing best practice experience and learning from others.

If you wish to prepare in advance; the conversation point talk can be found on YouTube.

To join us please book in the usual way on the APM website and if you would like to be met and introduced to the group, let us know via Twitter @projmansmith, or LinkedIn.

As this is an informal event you can arrive anytime between 6pm and 8pm. Project managers with any level of experience are welcome to attend, just come prepared to contribute to a lively discussion in a relaxed environment. There are a limited number of places therefore it is recommended that you book early.

This event is suitable for professionals with any level of experience.

Previous presentations and webinars can be viewed on the APM Slideshare and YouTube channels.
