Stakeholder Engagement and Midlands branch Young PM of the Year Award 2018

IET Austin Court, 80 Cambridge Street, Birmingham, B1 2NP

Join APM Midlands branch Corporate Engagement Sub-Committee for a fantastic evening of events including CPD Presentations, CPD Panel Discussion and Regional Awards.

This fabulous programme of CPD activity and Awards commences with a presentation by Sorrel Gilbert, APM Board Member, on Managing Virtual Project Teams.  This will be followed by an engaging and interactive panel discussion (think BBC Question Time without the arguing!).

Our fantastic panel of experts includes; Debbie Dore, APM Chief Executive; Veronica Watson, Senior Portfolio Manager at Walgreens Boots Alliance; Rob Campling, Head of Programmes, Civil Aerospace at RollsRoyce plc and John Williams, Managing Director at ProjExc PM Consulting.

With initial questions set by the award finalists, the panel will discuss the topics of Stakeholder Engagement in the Digital Age and Managing Upwards: Managing Senior Stakeholders.  After a delicious buffet dinner and opportunity for networking, the evening continues with a Keynote by Debbie Dore on Unique Challenges for the Young PM before the award finalists each give a brief presentation on their project as they vie for the Young PM of the Year Award 2018. Also awarded at the event will be the APM Midlands branch Student Group of the Year Award 2018.

This fantastic event recognises rising talent within the PM community in the region and offers members a superb opportunity to cover multiple facets of the topic, maximising the CPD value of a single event.

CPD places are strictly limited and available on a first come first served basis, so book early to avoid disappointment.
