A respected thought leader in change management, Ingrid Facius's curiosity about behaviours in the workplace inspired Ingrid to explore the application of psychological principles and theories of influence in effective organisational change.

In order for change to have a chance of being successfully implemented and embedded into an organisation you first need to understand about that organisation and the people within it. How do you deal with the challenges such as fatigue, people working too hard but not smartly enough and understanding the true reasons to their resistance to change?
