Justine works in the Projects Profession team at National Highways, developing the company’s project profession community’s project and programme capability.  
As owner of development programmes in the Major Projects directorate, Justine is passionate about giving opportunities to talent of any age to develop their careers and to understand the vital role of the project profession in UKPLC economy. 
Justine has championed capability assessment in National Highways, introducing tools to support self-assessment and development. She has taken down barriers to career development options, emphasising behaviours and relationships in developing professional practice, not only technical knowledge.  

During her career Justine’s experience in stakeholder engagement, change and transition management and core project management has benefited high profile projects, including the Transport Coordination Centre for London2012 Olympics and the launch of reduced speed Air Quality trials for smart motorways. 

Justine is an experienced coach and mentor for project professionals at all stages of their careers, helping them to reach their full potential.
