A colourful presentation at a recent Milton Keynes chapter event

Red and Yellow and Green and Blue - I could paint a rainbow; well not quite but the latest event at the Milton Keynes chapter proved very colourful for the packed audience. Nick Fewings from Colour Works joined the chapter committee and delegates for a very challenging and interesting presentation on 'Right people, right result - leading change effectively'.
Nick challenged the audience to profile themselves in terms of preferred behavioural styles and, why they may find some others irritating due to their differing behavioural style, and why they themselves may irritate other people.
To quote a famous phrase from Dolly Parton - "The way I see it, if you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain." From this lead, the delegates learned how they need all the behavioural styles to create a rounded team plus how to adapt their behaviours to allow for more harmonious relationships, or colour combinations in Nick's model.
Nick's highlyinformative and very amusing presentation left the Milton Keynes audience with a lot to think about both on a professional and personal level. Nick explained that he even profiled his wife before popping that important question!
The Milton Keynes chapter has a very active events programme and welcomes new and existing members.

I was very proud to have been named 2016 Young Project Manager of the Year for the Midlands. Following my early career change I have worked hard to build a career in this industry, so to have gained this kind of recognition was very gratifying.
