An evening in London - Learning more about PMOs

Stuart Dixon, Secretary of the PMO SIG committee and Ron Rosenhead joined the London Branch committee and delegates to give a presentation on how PMOs can help you to improve the way you run projects.

The presentation was broken down into two parts with the first providing an outline of PMOs and their different types, and the second focusing on the key supporting role of learning that PMOs can provide to organisations.

This was followed by a short interactive workshop where questions were posed to two groups of delegates where individuals were asked to identify one piece of learning they wanted to share.
