Steve wake PGCS canberraAPM chairman Steve Wake has been announced as the keynote speaker at the Project Governance and Controls Symposium 2015 taking place at UNSW Canberra at the Australian Defence Force Academy on 6-7 May 2015.

This event in Canberra looks at the project governance and control needs of the Australian Federal Government from the views of the government agencies, academia and industry.

It will focus on public sector projects and engage with Defence/DMO due to the significance and size of their projects. The event is split into three streams; education, practitioner and new developments.

Steve will be covering initiatives by the UK Cabinet Office as well as discussing the status of project management and project governance and controls from an international and British perspective. He will be discussing the challenges and direction of the profession within the UK and Europe.
