The APM board of trustees had one new and three returning members when it re-convened following the association’s AGM on the 21st November. Ranjit Sidhu was newly elected onto the board, along with Alistair Godbold, Roy Millard and Brian Wernham who returned to the board having served in 2017.

The election saw 10 candidates standing for the four places and 17.7 per cent of eligible members voting, an increase on 2016.

Ranjit has 20 years’ project management, training and consulting experience across change management, project management and people skills and runs her own consultancy, ChangeQuest.

Ranjit, Alistair and Brian will serve three year terms, with Roy Millard, who came fourth in the ballot, standing for one year. This position was to fill a shorter term left vacant following a resignation earlier in the year.

The Annual General Meeting was held at Princes Gate, Euston Square, London. The minutes of the meeting will be published shortly. The biographies of all board members can be viewed here
